Regression: Memory leak during rendering

I check Blender 3.6.0 Render 128 x 128 FPS 60. from 1 time start at 11:21 AM frame 163 end at 11:22 AM (Should be frames 5000 but frames 163 cause CRASH! CYCLES CRASH!
