UI: Updated Auto Keying Button Icon

Yes having has this just mess me up once again when working, I really do want to see with a quick glance at the UI that I am in "record" mode with auto key on.

That was it!! Something when I updated and it pulled preferences from 3.5.1 to 3.6 was causing the problem. I reset my theme to Blender Dark and it is drawing correctly.

Animation: Butterworth Smoothing filter

Testing the latest build, blending is working well and nicer than the linear, and the results of the smoothing memory is really nice when running it several times in a row. Approve!

NLA: Active Strip State lost when dragging Strip between tracks

It isn't a blocker but it is a bug. Having to re-selected the STRIP that I just selected and moved and it looks like that nothing has changed in my active/selected state isn't good for any workflow.
