Brush settings > Texture > Mapping mode Area Plane creates a smaller mapping, cause tiling effect.

This has been fixed by 8141ee90f4. Closing.

Shortcuts doesn't work on Sculpt Mode

Note: Operators like circle, box & lasso select will be disabled for sculpt mode since they don't do anything anyway. The key is free to customize for any shortcut otherwise.

I'll close this then. About the issue mentioned above with Photoshop running at the same time: That can be reported as a separate bug. The issue from this bug is finally fixed 👍
