"VERT_EDGE_SLIDE", "TRACKBALL" and "ROTATE_NORMALS" were only implemented in version 3.6.1. "EDIT_SNAP_SOURCE_ON" and "EDIT_SNAP_SOURCE_OFF" were only implemented in version 4.0.4.
