backports to release branches should only be critical fixes. This does not qualify as such at all

UI: Show File Name on Recent Item Tooltip

Oh I just realized this was already the case in Blender 4.0, it "broke" in Blender 4.1.

I would consider this a regression then, and since the fix looks fairly small, consider it for Blender…
