Keymapping does not update for the python api after hotkey is changed in settings

Looks like current key maps can be accessed with kc=bpy.context.window_manager.keyconfigs['Blender user'] instead of active. Will check with devs on how that's different.

Metal backend: View Port drawing issue with face orientation

This seems to be a similar visual artifact to some earlier reports on Macs.

@ReeceRobinson Try switching the graphics backend to OpenGL then restart blender and see if the same artifact exists.
